Pastificio Battistini was founded in 2014 thanks to the initiative and desire of the partners of Battistini Group, nationally recognized in the food industry for the management of Casa delle Aie, Il Moro restaurant and FAB – Forniture Alberghiere Battistini,
This new company, is the result of a communion of purpose, a sharing of ideas and values. Underlying this vision is the desire to produce pasta of the highest quality, an expression of a territory and tradition, but which also knows how to keep up with the times.
Pastificio Battistini is located in the center of Romagna, a land of excellence for the production of egg pasta. Every day it creates all different kinds of pasta, with which it supplies its restaurants, and sells directly to the public in the store located right next to the workshop.
The main and most well-known product is Cappelletto Battistini® created exclusively with highly selected ingredients that are strictly Made in Italy and completely created by hand. In this way, we try to convey to those who enjoy this pasta all the poetry there is in making it, because Cappelletto Battistini is a very special product whose recipe is secretly guarded.
Pastificio Battistini is a modern company, which recognizes the importance of traditions, and is very attentive to all domestic audiences, but at the same time is very open to foreign markets. It distributes its pasta to the best restaurateurs in Italy, participates in events and trade fairs throughout Italy and makes shipments on demand in Italy and Europe.
